Baby & Me Yoga

This class is a safe container to be seen and supported among other postpartum women. Emphasis is on breath, gentle movements, connecting with your baby and body, and creating relationships with others who are in a similar phase of life. We will spend a portion of the class in a simple guided movement practice with time to share and connect or just be.

You can begin whenever your postpartum body feels ready.  No previous yoga experience required.  Babies (pre-crawling) are welcome to join.
