Mom Review: Rapid Fired Pizza

Wondering what to make for dinner tonight? Been there. Your family wants dinner every night, shocker, and you’re running out of ideas! If you decide to head out for dinner, Kidding Around Contributor Melanie Coblentz has a review of Rapid Fired Pizza for you. Maybe it’ll help solve that daily question, “what’s for dinner?” at least until tomorrow!

Pepperoni or cheese. That’s what the majority of children like on their pizza. It’s for this reason, most parents can’t remember what they like on theirs. But the upstate has a new option when it comes to pizza that can solve this problem for parents, and my family couldn’t be more excited.

Rapid Fired Pizza makes 9”-11” pizzas, that are custom made right in front of you, so everyone can get what the like! They offer several crust options including a gluten free crust and an option called “No Doh” that is prepared on a bed of spinach and parmesean cheese.

One of the best parts, is that the pizza is cooked in just minutes. That is just one more of the reasons Rapid Fired Pizza  is so family friendly. Food served quickly keeps the little people happy, which keeps parents happy.

Making Your Rapid Fired Pizza Creation

After your pizza is cooked, you can visit the sauce bar and add one of over a dozen different sauces. I’ll admit, the first time I went I panicked when faced with the freedom to choose whatever I wanted on my pizza. Luckily, they offer signature pizzas where all the toppings are curated for you. I chose the Taco pizza and complimented it with the sweet habanero and chipotle ranch sauces, it was awesome! Since then, I’ve tried more traditional options and they’ve all been delicious. I recently tried the Chicken Pesto pizza, adding kalamata olives, red onion, artichoke and parmesan to the ingredients already included. My kids stared at it like it was on fire. I’m happy to report, I savored every last bite of my creation.

Kids’ Meals and More at Rapid Fired Pizza

Kids’ meals are affordable at just $4.25 and include a cheese pizza, cookie and beverage.  If you’re not in the mood for pizza, they also offer calzones, pasta and salads.

They also just started offering delivery through Hub City Delivery, a local food delivery service.

I hope you stop in and begin to rediscover what you like on pizza!
